Technical Support Engineer/Quality Assurance Analyst – Provide software and systems support for new and current customer installations. Review new or modified application software and integrated systems; including documentation, diagrams, and application flows. Evaluation, analysis, and testing on all new or modified software applications/systems and software development procedures to verify that applications and systems function according to user requirements and conform to internal guidelines. Assist in writing, revising, and verifying quality standards and procedures for program design and product evaluation with the goal of delivering high quality software economically and efficiently.
